Nice bonus was availability of housekeeping and concierge service. A private safe, air conditioning and a DVD player inside the deluxe queen studio were handy. Moreover, free Wi Fi was great. We loved our stay.

we liked it, especially its staff and location. climate control, a mini bar and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels were available in our studio. in fact, private parking was an advantage. it was not far from serpentine.

Here we could visit victoria albert museum that was near the hotel. The building was nice. 25 minutes on foot from the Charing Cross train station...
